3种野生芍药引种北京适应性及其光合特性研究

【摘要】 在北京地区引进3种中国野生芍药,对其主要生长特性、生物学习性及主要光合特性进行了研究。结果表明:块根芍药和川赤芍在北京的气候条件下能够正常生长、开花,并保持了较高观赏价值;且两者净光合速率(Pn)日变化均为"双峰型"曲线,峰值出现时间为10:00和16:00左右,气孔限制因素是造成"午休"现象的原因。新疆芍药在引种2年内未能开花,其Pn日变化为"单峰型"曲线,峰值出现时间为10:00左右。3种野生芍药表观量子效率(AQY)值相近,川赤芍在饱和光下最大净光合速率(Pmax)最高,表现出较强的光合能力。3种野生芍药的光补偿点(LCP)均低于50μmol·m-2s-1,光饱和点(LSP)均低于400μmol·m-2s-1,较目前栽培的品种具有更好的耐阴性。
【Abstract】 The growth characteristics,biological habits and photosynthetic characteristics of three species of Paeonia sect Paeonia which were introduced in Beijing were studied.The results showed that Paeonia intemedia and Paeonia anomala subsp.veitchii grow and bloom normally under the climate condition of Beijing,and that keep high ornamental value.Diurnal changes of net photosynthetic rates(Pn) in leaves of the two species presented a typical bimodal curve and had ’ midday depression’ phenomenon,which was caused by the stomatal limitation.The highest peak occurred at 10:00 and 16:00.Paeonia anomala didn’t bloom within two years of introductioa Its diurnal changes of Pn in leaves presented a typical single peak curve.The highest peak occurred at 10:00.The apparent quantum efiiciency of three species were similar.The maximum net photosynthetic rate of Paeonia anomala subsp.veitchii under saturated light intensity was the highest It showed a high photosynthetic capacity.The optical compensation point of three species were lower than 50μmol · m-2s-1,while the Optical saturation points were lower than 400μmol · m-2s-1.This means the three may have a good shade tolerance.
