基于层次分析法和灰色关联法的露地小菊早花品种筛选

【摘要】 为了进一步提早露地小菊的自然花期,以课题组自育的10个花期较早、花色丰富、能够自然成型的新优株系为母本,采用混合授粉的方式获得杂交F1代。继而采用层次分析法和灰色关联法相结合的评价体系,选取开花时间、花色、花径、花梗长、瓣型、重瓣性、着花数量、着花整齐度、株高、冠幅、株型、抗倒伏能力共12个性状作为评价因子,从357个F1代植株中筛选出了27个普遍符合育种目标的优良单株。对27个单株进行分析的结果表明:优选单株自然花期较母本平均提前了4.2 d,最多提前了16 d,花色更丰富,重瓣性更高,进一步丰富了露地小菊早花品种资源,也为露地小菊轻简化栽培生产提供了材料。

【Abstract】 In order to further advance the natural flowering period of spray outdoor chrysanthemum,a lot of F1 hybrids were obtained by mixed pollination using 10 new lines with early blooming season,rich color and shaped naturally as female parent Then,the F1 hybrids were used as materials and 12 characters were chosen as evaluation factors.The synthetic evaluation system was adopted by combining the AHP and grey correlation analysis together.Eventually 27 single plants according with breeding objectives were picked out from 357 outdoor chrysanthemum plants.The results of analysising the 27 individual plants revealed that nature flowering time of the 27 selected plants with more abundant color and double flowers is 4.2 d earlier averagely and 16 d earlier maximally than female parent They further enriched the resources of early flowering spray outdoor chrysanthemum,and also provided materials for simplified cultivation of them.
