波斯菊不同品种核型分析
Karyotype Analysis of Different Varieties of Calliopsis

【摘要】 采用常规压片制片法,对波斯菊的5个品种进行了染色体数目观察及核型分析,旨在为波斯菊的资源收集、起源分析、良种培育提供必要的依据。试验结果表明,波斯菊’栗黄’的核型公式为2n=2x=24=14m+10sm,’卷心黄’的核型公式为2n=2x=24=16m+8sm,’梦之蓝’的核型公式为2n=2x=24=8m+14sm+2st,’闺蜜’的核型公式为2n=2x=24=10m+14sm,’海蓝之星’的核型公式为2n=2x=24=8m+16sm。供试波斯菊染色体数目稳定,为2n=24,核型类型均为2A型,染色体类型有m、sm和st,最长与最短染色体比值范围为1.52~1.80,臂比大于2:1的染色体占染色体总数的百分比范围是8.3%~25%,核型不对称系数范围为61.71%~65.46%,不对称程度较高,为较不对称类型;不同品种的核型公式有所差异,说明不同品种之间具有染色体遗传多样性。
【Abstract】 The chromosome number observes and karyological analysis on 5 varieties of Calliopsis were studied by conventional pressedslice method These provided necessary evidence for the resource collection,origin analysis and cultivation of good varieties for Calliopsis.The results showed that the karyotype formulas of ’Li huang’ was 2 n= 2 x = 24 = 14 + 10 sm,’ Juan xin huang’ was 2 n = 2 x =24 = 16 m+8 sm,’Meng zhi lan’was 2 n=2 x =24 =8 m + 14 sm+2 st,’Gui mi’was 2 n=2 x=24 = 10 m+ 14 sm,’Hai lan zhi xing’ was 2 n=2 x =24 =8 m + 16 sm.The chromosome number of calliopsis for the teat is stable,each varieties of Calliopsis’ s was mostly 2 n =24,all belonged to 2 A type of chromosome,the karyological type on S varieties of Calliopsis was various.Chromosome types of Calliopsis included m,am and at The ratio of the longest chromosome/the shortest chromosome was from 1.52 to 1.80,the percentage of chromosomes of arm ratio >2 is 8.3%-25%.While asymmetry coefficient was between 61.71%and 65.46%,their chromosomes were of high asymmetry,so they belong to asymmetric types;The karyotype formulas of different varieties are different,indicating that there are chromosomal genetic diversity among different varieties.
