旋转压缩机油气分离流场的动态模拟研究

【摘要】 旋转压缩机属于封闭式流体机械,不便于直接观察流体的流动情况。排油率是表征旋转压缩机性能和可靠性的重要指标,通过内部流场的模拟分析,可以得出润滑油与制冷剂的分离情况。流场仿真分析有稳态和动态两种方法,稳态仿真分析方法是一种近似方法,动态仿真分析方法与实际情况更为接近。通过压缩机内流场的动态模拟分析,可以方便直观地显示润滑油的流动和分布情况,不仅可以得出润滑油和制冷剂的分离效果,而且可以根据模拟结果确定结构改进方向,从而达到降低排油率的目的。本文采用计算流体动力学方法,建立了压缩机油气分离流场的动态仿真模型,并确定了边界条件。通过模拟分析,得出了不同时间润滑油的分布图、压力场云图和流线图,确定了润滑油的流动路径,并分析了结构设计中存在的问题,进行了改进设计。测试结果表明,改进结构的排油率明显降低。

【Abstract】 Rotary compressor is a kind of closed fluid machinery,which is not convenient for observation of fluid flow.Oil discharge rate is an important index to characterize the performance and reliability of rotary compressor.The separation process of lubricating oil and refrigerant can be obtained by simulation of the compressor’s internal flow field.There are two methods of flow field simulation analysis:steady-state and dynamic.Steady-state simulation method is an approximation method,and the dynamic simulation method is closer to the actual situation.The flow process and distribution of lubricating oil can be conveniently and intuitively displayed by the dynamic simulation analysis of the flow field in the compressor.Not only the separation effect of lubricating oil and refrigerant can be obtained,but also the structural improvement can be determined according to the simulation results,so as to reduce the oil discharge rate.The computational fluid dynamics(CFD) method is used to establish the dynamic simulation model of oil-gas separation field in the compressor,and the boundary conditions are determined in this paper.The distribution diagram,pressure field cloud diagram and flow diagram of lubricating oil at different time are obtained,and the flow path of lubricating oil is determined by simulation analysis.In addition,the problems in structural design are analyzed,and the improved design is carried out.The test results show that the oil discharge rate of the improved structure is reduced significantly.
