基于风轮FRF及模态的吸油烟机嗡嗡声异响研究

【摘要】 吸油烟机的嗡嗡声异响出现在产品开发后期,甚至到了批产阶段才发现,这种嗡嗡声异响不仅与设计有关,还与生产有着重要联系。针对吸油烟机产品后期出现的嗡嗡声异响问题,本文将风轮振动频率响应函数测试及模态仿真分析及相结合,提出一种吸油烟机嗡嗡声分析及解决的方法。本文方法首先基于试验测试得到嗡嗡声音信号特征;然后,对风轮进行振动频率响应函数测试,综合分析嗡嗡声频率及风轮的振动频率响应函数,得出风轮模态的设计目标;最后通过模态仿真优化风轮结构,从而解决吸油烟机的嗡嗡声。
【Abstract】 The hum of range hood appears in the late state of product development. It is not found until mass production stage. The hum is not only related to the design, but also production. Both vibration response function measurement and modal analysis of impeller are implemented in this paper to analyze and solve the humming problem. The sound signal characteristics and the vibration response function which are measured by experiments,are analyzed to confirm the design objectives of impeller modal analysis. Subsequently, the humming problem could be solved by the modal simulation and the structure optimization of Impeller.
