布料吸附火锅气味的检测和评价方法研究

【摘要】 本文以火锅气味为目标物,系统地研究羊毛布料对火锅气味吸附的检测和评价方法。模拟实际的火锅状态,采用不同的火锅蒸煮方式以及火锅气味吸附装置,探讨了布料与火锅气味之间的相互作用;采用水蒸气蒸馏和固相微萃取法(SPME)对布料上吸附的火锅底料气味进行解吸,并通过气相色谱-质谱联用(GC/MS)(顶空进样)对挥发性化合物进行定性和定量分析。结果表明,在干蒸火锅的条件下,进行的吸附效果优于水煮火锅;水蒸气蒸馏和固相微萃取法两种方法共检测出99种化合物,包括醛类18种,酯类11种,醇类11种,酮类6种,烃类36种,其它类17种。其中采用水蒸气蒸馏法检测出55种化合物,采用固相微萃取法检测出59种化合物。该研究方法不仅适用于羊毛布料对火锅气味的吸附,对于其他纺织纤维对异味的吸附动力学提供了参考依据。
【Abstract】 Taking the scent of hot pot as the target, the method of detecting and evaluating the smell of wool fabric on chafing dish is systematically studied. Simulate the actual hot pot state, We use different hot pot cooking methods and hot pot odor adsorption device to explore the interaction between cloth and hot pot odor;We use steam distillation and solid phase microextraction( SPME) to adsorb the hot pot on the cloth and the volatile compounds are qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry( GC/MS). The results showed that the adsorption effect under the condition of dry steaming hot pot is better than that of boiling water hot pot; the steam distillation and solid phase microextraction method detect 99 kinds of compounds, including 18 kinds of aldehydes, 11 kinds of esters, 11 kinds of alcohols, 6 kinds of ketones, 36 kinds of hydrocarbons, and 17 kinds of other types. 55 compounds are detected by steam distillation,and 59 compounds are detected by solid phase microextraction. The research method is not only suitable for the adsorption of wool cloth on the odor of hot pot, but also provides a reference for the adsorption kinetics of other textile fibers on odor.
