煤泥水处理的优化探索研究

【摘要】 煤炭的洗选加工是煤炭高效、清洁利用的重要环节。而煤炭洗选加工过程产生的煤泥水通常具有煤泥颗粒细小、难以自然沉降的特点。本文针对这个问题,通过研究煤泥水的性质,对Zeta、PH值等影响煤泥水沉降的因素进行了深入研究。研究表明,Zeta电位绝对值随p H值增大而增大、p H值较大不利于煤泥水沉降;同时研究了不同p H值凝聚----絮凝沉降试验,发现煤泥水体系在中性或偏微酸性环境中的沉降效果优于碱性环境。
【Abstract】 Coal washing and processing is an important part of efficient and clean utilization of coal. Coal washing and processing coal slurry produced by coal usually has fine grains and difficult to natural settlement. Aiming at this problem, this paper made a deep research on the factors influencing the settlement of coal slurry, such as the Zeta and p H value, by studying the nature of coal slurry. The research shows that the absolute value of Zeta potential with the p H value increased, p H value is large is not conducive to the settlement of slime water; at the same time, the effects of different p H values, coagulation flocculation sedimentation test found that the settlement is better than the alkaline environment of coal slurry system in a neutral or slightly acidic environments.
