保水剂对温室栽培甘薯前期生长及产量的影响

【摘要】 以烟薯24号为供试品种研究了温室条件下施用保水剂对土壤含水量、甘薯地上部性状和地下部产量的影响。结果表明:施用保水剂可以增加土壤含水量,用量越大土壤含水量也越大;且能显著提高薯苗成活率,施用22.5 kg/hm~2处理薯苗成活率达97.5%,比对照提高36.9%;施用保水剂甘薯植株的叶片数、分枝数和蔓长都明显增加,其中施用22.5 kg/hm~2处理增效最明显,其鲜薯产量和薯干产量较对照分别增加63.7%和80.4%。

【Abstract】 This study investigated the effects of water-retaining agent on soil moisture content and character of ground and the root tubers yield of greenhouse cultivation of sweet potato.The results showed that,application of water retaining agent can increase the soil water content,the greater the amount of water retaining agent,the greater the soil moisture content.The application of water retaining agent greatly improved the survival rate of sweet potato seedlings,and saved the cost of sweet potato seedlings.Survival rate of sweet potato seedlings was 97.5%which Improved 37.3%than the control with the application of the 22.5 kg/hm~2 water retaining agent.The result also showed that the facilitation of the 22.5 kg/hm~2 water retaining agent was the best which sweet potato leaf number,branch number and stem length increased significantly with application of water retaining agent.So the application of water retaining agent laid the foundation for improving the yield of sweet potato.Sweet potato yield and dry matter yield were increased by63.6%,80.4%with the application of the 22.5 kg/hm~2 water retaining agent.However,the optimum application amount of water retaining agent and its application and effect under natural rainfall conditions need to be further studied.
