【摘要】 雄安新区设立为京津冀腹地内布局更加完善的城市体系创造了前提,也为打破行政区划限制构建跨行政区划的城市体系搭建了平台。在京津冀腹地内需要依托京津大都市以及雄安新区的红利,迅速形成"一核心+多中心+多节点"城市体系。将一定区域内的县级行政单元整合为具有较强发展优势的片区城市体系,应该成为冀中腹地城市发展的理性选择。在此期间应该重点考虑定安片区、宁安片区以及城安片区,与雄安新区和保定市一起在冀中腹地内形成"四区+一城"城市环,该城市环通过高蠡博区整合在一起,成为冀中腹地内城市发展的隆起,将保定市、石家庄市、衡水市、沧州市等中等城市中心地较好地整合在一起,同时也让任丘市、霸州市、安国市等诸多县级城市在城市体系中更好的扮演节点城市的角色。片区的发展思路需要进行前瞻性设计,可以有效避免城市"摊大饼"方式发展造成的浪费,并较快促进分散发展的石家庄"第三极"大都市格局形成。更多还原

【Abstract】 Xiong-An new district setting-up caters premise for the more perfect urban system in the hinterland of Beijing-TianjinHebei area,also creates the platform to break administrative division limit and build urban system structure across administrative divisions.It is necessary to rely on the dividend from Beijing-Tianjin metropolitan and Xiong-An new district,in Beijing-TianjinHebei hinterland"one-core + multi-center +multi-node"urban system should be rapidly formed.Area city system which will be have stronger advantage should be constructed quickly by integrating the county-level administrative unit in a certain area,this kind of method will be the reasonable choice for Mid-Hebei province urbanization.During the course of which,Ding-an area,Ning-an area,Cheng-an area should be emphasized,which integrates with Baoding city and Xiong-an new district to constructing"four-area+ one-city’city ring in mid-Hebei hinterland,which is integrated by"Gao-Li-Bo area,",becoming a central uplift in the midHebei province hinterland,also better integrating Baoding city,Shijiazhuang city,Hengshui city,Cangzhou city together,at the same time Renqiu,Bazhou,Anguo can also play the better role of node center.Area development direction need forward-looking design,which can effectively avoid the waste resulted in the pie-booth city development,and can rapidly promote the decentralized pattern development form for Shijiazhuang"third pole"metropolis.更多还原
