【摘要】 建筑作为一个特定的"符号",是城市整体景观、形象、特征、传统文化的综合与浓缩,一个具有地域特色,视觉识别度较高的城市"符号"对于现代城市的发展建设显得愈发重要。随着新型城镇化与城市特色塑造的需要,建筑风貌的特色营造与管控备受关注。台州历史悠久,以境内有天台山而得名。2017年3月台州市获批第二批全国城市设计试点城市。针对台州市传统地域文化特色逐渐消失和建筑风貌混乱缺乏秩序等问题,组织编制台州特色建筑风貌研究。在对传统建筑与现代建筑进行了详细普查的基础上,研究总结出建筑的外部环境、平面布局、风格造型、外观体量、细部装饰、色彩材料等方面的特征,进而推导得出建筑风貌的演化规律,提出符合台州城市定位的建筑风貌特色,以及这些重要风貌要素在当代建筑设计中的传承或演绎的方法,为浙东传统民居建筑的传承与发展提供可具参考的设计方法和理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a specific"symbol",architecture is the synthesis and concentration of the whole urban landscape,image,characteristics and traditional culture.A City Symbol is more and more important for the development and construction of modem cities with Regional Characteristics and High Visual Recognition.The construction and control of architectural features have attracted much attention because of the need of new urbanization and the shaping of urban characteristics.Taizhou has a long history and is named for Tiantai Mountain.In March 2017,Taizhou City was approved the second batch of national pilot cities for urban design.The research of Taizhou characteristic architecture style has been compiled,in order to solve the problems of the gradual disappearance of the traditional regional cultural characteristics and the lack of order in the chaotic architectural style of Taizhou City.On the basis of a detailed survey of traditional and modern buildings,the research concludes the characteristics of the building.in that:external environment,plane layout,style and modelling,appearance and volume,detail decoration,color materials,etc.Then we get the evolution law of architectural style.It puts forward the architectural style and features that conform to Taizhou’s urban orientation,and the methods of inheritance or deduction of these important elements in contemporary architectural design.It provides a reference design method and theoretical basis for the inheritance and development of traditional residential buildings in Eastern Zhejiang.更多还原
