【摘要】 近年,随着航空事故屡被报道,大家对航空安全格外关注。在机场周边区域土地开发过程中,如何保证建筑物高度不威胁飞行安全,是城市规划设计需要重点关注的问题。随着GIS技术在城市规划设计领域应用手段日臻成熟,规划的科学性和可信度逐渐增强。本文以青岛流亭国际机场为例,选取其周边某一区域为研究对象,创新性地运用GIS技术建立了该区域的机场净空模型和自然地形模型,并对两个模型中的栅格数据进行差值比较,确定该区域可建设地块内建筑的赋值高度。最后,通过赋值高度核对区域内保留建筑高度的合理性,并确定可改造地块和空地的建筑适宜高度。该分析方法适用于机场周边大范围内的土地规划设计,尤其适用于对建筑限高有严格要求的城市设计及风貌保护。这种方法对保证机场周边地区航空安全、提高城市品质、塑造城市风貌有着积极影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,with the frequent reports of aviation accidents,people pay special attention to aviation safety.In the process of land development in the surrounding area of airport,how to ensure that the height of buildings does not threaten flight safety is a key issue in urban planning and design.With the application of GIS technology in the field of urban planning and design becoming more and more mature,the scientificity and credibility of planning are gradually enhanced.Taking Qingdao Liuting International Airport as an example,this paper takes a certain area around it as the research object,innovatively establishes the airport clearance model and natural terrain model in this area by using GIS technology,and compares the difference between the grid data of the two models to determine the assigned height of the buildings in the constructable area.Finally,the rationality of retained building height in the area is checked by assigned height,and the suitable building height of reconstructed land and idle land is determined.This analysis method is suitable for land planning and design in a large area around the airport,Especially suitable for urban design and landscape protection with strict requirements for building height.This method has a positive impact on ensuring aviation safety,improving the quality of the city and shaping the style of the city around the airport.更多还原
