【摘要】 近代中东铁路南段的建设成为东北地区快速城市化、现代化的基础和开端。通过对车站、附属地建设、移民计划等方面史料的研究,应用田野调查和对比分析的方法,从区域整体视角对近代中东铁路南段城镇规模体系进行统筹分析。从车站等级规模出发,研究城镇规模不同时代的演变和整体结构变化,并证明其最终呈梯级金字塔型,但产生了产业和空间上的结构失衡影响至今。在概括总结沿线同规模成镇的遗存状态和特征的基础上,提出通过构建遗产廊道的方式对沿线遗存整体保护,促进旅游业发展,为从根源思考东北城市发展问题、助力东北城镇振兴提供思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction of the southern section of the Chinese Eastern railway has become the basis and beginning of rapid urbanization and modernization inthe Northeast.Through the study of historical materials such as stations,affiliated constrmction,immigration plans,etc.,this article applies the methods of field investigation and comparative analysis to make an overall analysis of the scale system of the towns along southern branch of the Eastern Railway from the perspective of the whole region.Starting from the station scale,this paper studies the evolution and overall structure change of the town scale in different ages,and finally proves that it appeared as a ladder pyramid type,but it produced industrial and spatial structural imbalance in industry and space.This paper starting from the station scale,researches the evolution of the urban scale in different eras and the overall structural changes,and proved that it eventually appeared as a stepped pyramid type,but it has produced industrial and spatial structural imbalances which effected until nowadays.On the basis of summarizing the status and characteristics of the same size towns along the railway,the author proposes the overall protection way of the remains along the railway through structuring of heritage corridors to promote the development of tourism and provide orientations for thinking about the development from the root causes and helping the revitalization of Chinese northeastern cities and towns.更多还原
