钨球对GH4169薄靶的穿甲效应

【摘要】 研究亚弹速范围内钨合金球形弹体对GH4169薄靶的穿甲效应。进行14发直径8mm钨球对1mm厚GH4169靶板的垂直穿甲试验,利用高速摄影得到钨球初速和余速,并测量靶板挠度与孔径。试验结果表明,被贯穿的GH4169薄靶均会产生直径小于钨球直径的挤凿块;钨球初速从低到高GH4169薄靶对应的典型破坏形貌分别为隆起与盘形凹陷、弧形裂纹、圆形穿孔以及花瓣型卷边破坏,且在弹道极限附近贯穿靶板所需动能最大。钨球初速高于弹道极限速度时,GH4169薄靶的挠度随着钨球初速的增加而急剧减小并趋于一个极限值12.52mm。用最小二乘法对Recht-Ipson模型中的系数"a"和指数"p"进行迭代计算,得到a=0.93,p=3.27时可以很好刻画钨球冲击GH4169薄靶情况下钨球初速和余速的关系,为球形弹体冲击GH4169薄靶的毁伤评估提供了参考数据。
【Abstract】 The perforation effect of tungsten alloy spherical projectiles on GH4169 thin platess in sub-ordance range is studied. Vertical penetration experiments of 14 tungsten balls with 8 mm diameter to 1 mm thick GH4169 target plates were carried out, and the initial and residual velocity of the tungsten balls were obtained by high-speed camera, and deflection and aperture of the plates were measured. The experiment results show that all penetrated GH4169 thin plates will produce the plug with diameter smaller than the tungsten ball; with the initial velocity of the tungsten ball increase, the typical failure mode of GH4169 thin plates are uplift and disc depression, arc crack, circular perforation and petal-shaped curling failure, maximum kinetic energy required to penetrate the plates near the ballistic limit. When the initial velocity of the tungsten ball is higher than the ballistic limit velocity, the deflection of GH4169 thin target decreases sharply with the increase of initial velocity and tends to a limit value of 12.52 mm. The coefficient ‘a’ and the exponent ‘p’ in the Recht-Ipson model are calculated iteratively by least squares method, the relationship between initial velocity and residual velocity of tungsten ball can be well described when a=0.93 and p=3.27, which provides reference data for damage assessment of spherical projectile impacting GH4169 thin plates.
