应变模态振型与位移模态振型的转换研究

【摘要】 在工程实际中,为了测得结构的模态参数,主要使用加速度传感器和应变传感器两种元件。为了得到两种模态之间的关系,可以利用有限元模型,构建应变模态振型与位移模态振型之间的转换矩阵,并将其应用于实验数据中,从而实现两类振型向量之间的相互转换。同时基于特征灵敏度分析方法,研究工作环境变化对振型向量的影响,评估该变化对振型向量转换的精度。以平板结构为例,用有限元的应变振型数据和位移振型数据构建转换矩阵,并将其用于实测应变振型到位移振型的转换,经过与实测位移振型的对比,验证了转换矩阵方法在实际应用中的合理性与正确性。

【Abstract】 In engineering practice, in order to measure the modal parameters of the structure, acceleration sensor and strain sensor are mainly used. In order to obtain the relationship between the two modal, the transformation matrix between strain modal shape and displacement modal shape can be constructed by using finite element model, and applied to experimental data to realize the transformation between the two types of modal vector. At the same time, based on the eigen sensitivity analysis method, the influence of environmental change on the vibration modal vector is studied, and the accuracy of the transformation of the vibration modal vector is evaluated. Taking the flat plate structure as an example, the transformation matrix is constructed by using the strain modal shape and displacement modal shape data from finite element model, and applied to the transformation from the measured strain modal shape to displacement modal shape. By comparing the displacement modal shape between computed and measured, the rationality and correctness of the transformation matrix method in practical application are verified.
