耳穴压丸法联合龙骨牡蛎汤治疗心肾不交围绝经期失眠疗效观察

【摘要】 目的观察耳穴压丸法联合加味龙骨牡蛎汤治疗心肾不交证围绝经期失眠的临床疗效。方法将符合入选标准的60例心肾不交型围绝经期失眠患者随机分为两组各30例。对照组予口服加味龙骨牡蛎汤,治疗组在对照组基础上行耳穴压丸法治疗,观察并比较两组的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为90.00%,对照组总有效率为63.33%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组治疗后SPIEGEL失眠量表评分均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),且治疗组较对照组改善明显(P<0.05)。结论耳穴压丸法联合加味龙骨牡蛎汤治疗心肾不交型围绝经期失眠患者疗效显著,优于单纯中药治疗,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of auricular point pressing pill method combined with modified Dragon Bone and Oyster Shell Decoction in the treatment of perimenopausal period insomnia with disharmony between heart and kidney. Methods: 60 cases of perimenopausal period insomnia with disharmony between heart and kidney were randomly divided into two groups which is 30 cases in each group. The control group was given orally modified Dragon Bone and Oyster Shell Decoction, and the treatment group was treated with auricular point pressing pill method on the basis of the control group. Then observe and compare the clinical effects of the two groups. Results: The total efficiency of treatment group was 90%, and the control group was 63.33%. There were significant differences between two groups(P<0.05). The score of SPIEGEL insomnia scale in two groups after treatment were improved compared with the score before treatment(P<0.05). And the treatment group improved significantly than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Auricular point pressing pill method combined with modified Dragon Bone and Oyster Shell Decoction has significant effect in the treatment of perimenopausal period insomnia with disharmony between heart and kidney. It is better than the treatment of pure traditional Chinese medicine, and is worthy of being generalized.更多还原
