【摘要】 基于经济学视角,团体标准具有明显的网络效应(Network Effect),团体标准制定的优势企业能因此获得巨大的网络垄断收益,这也对具有创新能力的小企业参与团体标准的制定与竞争设置垄断壁垒。一般认为,兼容性是促进小企业立足于优势企业现行标准实现进一步创新并共享网络收益的最佳措施,然而,优势企业是否有意愿对小企业实现兼容,兼容是否有利于市场发展?本文基于以上问题进行研究,研究发现,在存在适度改进质量的预期下,优势企业存在对小企业兼容的意愿。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the perspective of economics,the standard has obvious network effect,group of standard enterprises can therefore obtain the huge network monopoly profits,and this is also involved in the competition to develop standards for groups with innovation ability of small enterprises set up barriers.Generally,compatibility is promoting small enterprises based on the current standard of dominant enterprises to achieve further innovation and sharing the best network profit measures,however,whether the enterprise has the advantage of small enterprises will realize compatibility,compatibility is conducive to the development of the market? Based on the above problems,the study finds that,under the expectation of moderate improvement of quality,the dominant enterprises have the desire to be compatible with small enterprises.更多还原
