锅炉卫燃带布置方式新思路研究

【摘要】 为了探寻卫燃带的布置方式对锅炉燃烧稳定性及结焦的影响,本文以某电厂300MW机组切圆锅炉为例,根据炉膛热负荷分布曲线的特点,将卫燃带分成大块和小块的形状、按卫燃带敷设面积与煤粉着火区域水冷壁热负荷的大小成反比,布置在下组煤粉燃烧器附件的水冷壁上,促进煤粉的着火和稳定燃烧,避免在炉膛的卫燃带上结焦。通过对3个卫燃带敷设方案的数值模拟、实施和燃烧试验,结果表明:依据水冷壁热负荷分布特点进行卫燃带的布置,能够有效的减少卫燃带敷设带来的结焦风险,且能保证锅炉的燃烧稳定。
【Abstract】 In order to explore the influence of refractory belt arrangement on combustion stability and slagging,this thesis takes a certain 300 MW tangentially fired boiler as an example.The refractory belt was divided into large and small pieces according to the furnace heating load distribution and then these different area refractory belt pieces inversely proportional to the heating load of water-cooled wall near the bottom pulverized coal burner,which not only promoted the ignition of pulverized coal and improved combustion stability,but also avoided the slagging on the surface of refractory belt.Through numerical simulation,implementation and combustion tests of three schemes of refractory belt arrangement,it is proved that arrangement of refractory belt according to the water-cooled wall heating load distribution can reduce the risk of slagging effectively and improve the combustion stability.
