基于数据的城市快速路主动交通管理与控制

【摘要】 城市快速路作为交通干道,往往承担着大量交通,拥堵问题突出,有效的交通管理与控制能提升整个路网的运行效率。过去已有不少研究与实践对快速路拥堵治理做出探索,大多基于当时有限的数据条件提出,而目前数据条件日益丰富,运算能力显著增强。因此,本文提出基于数据的城市快速路主动交通管理与控制的技术思路,并以上海市南北高架路为背景展开案例分析。基于多维度多角度的交通运行状态感知,管控方案将更具主动性、精准性、有效性。

【Abstract】 As arterial highways, urban express roads often carry a lot of traffic and have severe congestion problems. Effective traffic management and control can improve the operating efficiency of the entire road network. In the past, many researches and practices have explored the congestion management of expressways. Most of them were based on the limited data due to conditions at that time. At present, traffic data become increasingly abundant, and the computing capacity is significantly enhanced. Therefore, this paper proposes a data-based technical approach for the active traffic management and control of urban expressways. Then, take the case study of Shanghai North-South elevated roads. Traffic management and control will be more active, accurate and effective, based on multi-dimensional and multi-angle perception of traffic operation status.
