全自动间断化学分析仪测定水中氨氮的研究

【摘要】 本文采用CleverChem380全自动间断化学分析仪-水杨酸法测定淡水中的氨氮,在碱性条件下,氨离子与次氯酸盐(或二氯异三聚氰酸钠)、水杨酸钠发生反应,生成显色的复合物,整个反应是在硝普钠的催化下进行,在660 nm波长下比色测定。氨氮浓度在0-1.0mg/L范围内与吸光值线性关系良好,相关系数达到0.999以上,检出限为0.003mg/L。方法用于水样分析,与国家标准方法测定无明显差异。
【Abstract】 This paper adopts CleverChem380 automatic continuous chemical analyzer-salicylic acid method determination of ammonia nitrogen in fresh water,under alkaline conditions,ammonia ions and hypochlorite(or two chloro isocyanuric acid sodium),sodium salicylate reacts,generation of complex color,the reaction is carried out in the presence of sodium nitroprusside,in660 nm wavelength colorimetric determination.In the range of 0--1.0 mg/L,the concentration of ammonia nitrogen has a good linear relationship with the absorption value,and the correlation coefficient is above 0.999.The detection limit is 0.003 mg/L.The method was used for water sample analysis,and there was no obvious difference between the method and the national standard method.
