【摘要】 目的研究洁净手术室送风系统受到污染后应急处置技术,确保手术室继续运行和医疗活动正常开展。方法通过对送风系统受到污染后的洁净手术室污染现状进行检测和分析,查找原因,利用洁净手术室现有的房间和设备,从清洁走廊建立送风渠道,通过室内空调和除湿机控制室内温湿度,利用原有的排浊口以及排风机组建立排风系统,将受污染手术室改造成一个换气次数在12次/h左右的普通手术室。对改造手术室进行每周一次的常规检测并使用微生物荧光监测仪实时观察浮游菌浓度变化。结果通过检测洁净度、微生物指标、温湿度,建立定期检测和更换过滤器的周期,改造后的手术室符合《医院消毒卫生标准》Ⅱ类环境要求。常规监测表明在静态及动态条件下,沉降菌、尘埃粒子、浮游菌等指标均无异常。结论通过本方法改造的手术室符合手术室要求,能够快速解决医院因手术室污染而导致手术室停用问题,确保医院正常运行。本方法可以用于洁净手术室系统污染后的应急处置。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the Emergency Response technology in experiencing air supply system of a clean operation room is contaminated,and to ensure the operation room continues to run and medical activities carried out properly.Methods Characteristics of clean operation room that the air supply system contaminated were detected and analyzed,causes were found out.Contaminated operation room was transformed into a general operation room with a ventilation frequency of 12 times around/h through establishing air supply channels from the clean corridor by utilizing the existing space and equipment in the clean room,controlling of indoor air temperature and Humidity by Air conditioner and dehumidity unit in the room as well as establishing exhaust system by original discharge port and exhauster.Results Detection of microorganisms,cleanliness,temperature and humidity etc.indicated the transformed operation room accorded with the requirement of class-II environment in Hygienic standard for disinfection in hospitals.Conclusion the operation room transformed through this method,which is in accordance with the requirements of the state,can quickly solve the breakdown of operation room due to pollution,to ensure the normal running of the hospital.This method can be used for the emergency response when suffering contamination in the clean operation room system.更多还原
