高加旁路泄漏建模仿真及其对机组经济性影响分析

【摘要】 针对各级高加旁路泄漏、高加大旁路泄漏等异常运行方式,本文主要运用等效焓降局部定量计算、热平衡等方法对高加旁路泄漏进行建模,并针对某1000MW机组基准工况,计算不同旁路汇合点温差对应的旁路给水泄漏量与机组发电标准煤耗率增量,研究旁路泄漏量、机组发电标准煤耗率增量与旁路汇合点温差之间的关系。提出基于汇合点前后温差判断高加旁路泄漏量以及机组标准煤耗率增量的性能监测方法。结果表明旁路给水泄漏量与旁路汇合点温差近似成正比关系,比例系数从大到小依次是1号高加旁路、3号高加旁路、2号高加旁路以及高加大旁路;发电标准煤耗率增量与旁路汇合点温差近似成正比关系,相同汇合点温差下,高加大旁路泄漏造成的煤耗增加最大,其次是1号高加旁路泄漏。
【Abstract】 In view of some abnormal operation modes,such as each feedwater small bypass leakage and large feedwater bypass leakage in High-Pressure(HP) Heaters,under benchmark condition of a1000 MW unit,mainly applying heat balance method and local quantitative calculation of equivalent enthalpy drop method,this article calculated feedwater bypass leakage amounts and change amount of standard coal consumption rate under temperature differences before and after different bypass meetings,studied the relationship among leakage amount,change amount of standard coal consumption rate and temperature difference,and proposed the method that feedwater bypass leakage amount in HP Heaters and economic loss can be estimated on the basis of the temperature difference.Through the calculation and analysis of an example,the result indicates that feedwater bypass leakage amount is approximately proportional to the temperature difference before and after the bypass meeting and the proportionality coefficient of # 1 HP bypass is maximal,and the following is that of #3 HP bypass,#2 HP bypass and large HP bypass.The result also indicates that the change amount of standard coal consumption rate is approximately proportional to the temperature difference before and after the bypass meeting and the increase range of standard coal consumption rate resulted by large bypass feedwater leakage in HP Heaters is maximal,and the following is that resulted by # 1 HP bypass.
