企业员工参与廉政教育意愿影响因素的实证研究

【摘要】 廉政教育对企业特别是国有企业的发展和稳定有着重要影响,现有对企业廉政教育的研究大多围绕廉政教育的重要性和开展方式进行探讨,较少在理论上对员工参与廉政教育的行为意向进行深入研究。本文基于计划行为理论构建了企业员工参与廉政教育行为意向的影响因素模型,通过问卷调查的方式收集实证数据,并采用结构方程法分析企业员工参与廉政教育意向的影响因素及其作用机制。结果表明员工的知觉行为控制和对待廉政教育的态度对其参与廉政教育的意向影响最为显著,主观规范和组织氛围通过态度间接影响员工的参与意向,且知觉行为控制的影响最大,态度处于核心地位。最后基于该结论,提出企业开展廉政教育的相应建议,有助于企业将理论与实际相结合,更好地开展廉政教育工作。

【Abstract】 Anti-corruption education is very important for the development and stability of enterprises,especially the state-owned enterprises.The previous researches about enterprises’ anti-corruption education mainly explore the importance and approaches,but rarely in-depth study on the behavioral intention of the employees to participate in it.Based on the theory of planned behavior,a model is constructed in the empirical study to investigate the influence factors of the intention to be involved in anti-corruption education of employees.Results show that the perceived behaviors control and attitudes have the most significant impact on the intention to be involved.Subjective norms and organizational climate have indirect impact through the attitudes on it.Meanwhile,the influence of the perceived behaviors control is the biggest,and the attitudes is at the core.Based on the results of empirical study,some suggestions are put forward,which helps enterprises to combine theory and practice to carry out the work of anti-corruption education.
