【摘要】 知识经济时代,虚拟社区中的海量用户知识受到学者们的高度关注,基于虚拟社区的用户知识网络研究成果丰硕,分析该领域的研究文献能有效揭示该领域的研究情况。本文通过构建机构共现、作者共现和关键词共现网络,从机构、作者、关键词三个角度出发,对该领域的高产机构、高产作者、研究热点、研究热点演化和研究领域等方面做深入分析。以CNKI数据库为数据源,以CiteSpace为主要工具,绘制和分析科学知识图谱,揭示该领域的研究情况,为学者们更好地了解该领域提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,the vast amount of user knowledge in virtual communities has attracted much attention of researchers both home and abroad.In this paper,the concept of user knowledge network is introduced,the significance and common tools of researches in user knowledge network based on virtual communities are discussed.Taking the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) database as the data source,the related literature records are collected.By using CiteSpace to draw the scientific knowledge map,the research status of user knowledge network on virtual communities is revealed from the perspectives of research institution distribution,author distribution,keywords co-occurrence distribution,keywords evolution analysis and keywords cluster distribution,which provides reference for researchers understand this field.更多还原
