【摘要】 设计了以结果绩效、员工绩效和安全系统三者为主体的安全绩效测量体系,构建了施工企业安全投资与安全绩效的系统动力学模型。利用问卷调查获取的数据确定各因素间的相关系数,对安全投资与安全绩效提升的敏感性进行了动态仿真分析。结果表明:事故防治投资、劳动保护投资和安全教育投资对结果绩效的提升敏感性较强,事故防治投资、安全教育投资、安全监督投资对员工绩效的提升敏感性较强,安全教育投资、安全管理投资和安全监督投资对安全系统的提升敏感性较强。更多还原

【Abstract】 The safety performance measure system involved outcome performance,employee performance and safety system was designed,and then a system dynamics model between construction enterprise safety investment and safety performance was built.The correlation coefficient of factors was calculated making use of questionnaire data.Finally,simulation analysis between safety investment and safety performance was done.The results show that as follows:outcome performance is sensitive to accident prevention and control investment,labor protection investment,and safety education investment;employee performance is sensitive to accident prevention and control investment,safety education investment and safety supervision investment;safety system is sensitive to safety education investment,safety management investment and safety supervision investment.更多还原
