【摘要】 本文首先建立了物流服务QoS应用框架。其次,根据物流领域的特征,以物流运输为例,分析并提出了物流领域特有的QoS属性,并结合通用的QoS属性,建立了新的物流QoS属性集。然后,为了充分体现物流QoS属性的模糊性,本文设计了一种主观和客观相结合的模糊权重确定方法,利用三角模糊数计算用户的主观权重,同时提出利用模糊层次分析法计算包括物流领域专家和历史用户的客观权重。为了充分尊重用户的主观意见,提出组合权重计算方法,以此权衡用户、物流领域专家和历史用户之间的重要性,产生合理的权重值。最后,本文通过调查问卷的形式获得客观评分,并计算出组合权重。该方法不仅能够合理利用QoS属性的模糊特征,综合考虑主观和客观评价,还能最大程度尊重用户的主观意见,对未来进行物流服务组合研究具有重要的理论和现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,the QoS application framework of logistics services is first established.Secondly,according to the characteristics of the logistics,by taking logistics transportation as an example,the logistics field QoS properties are analyzed and put forward.Then by combining the generic QoS properties,sets up a new logistics QoS attribute set is set up.Then,in order to fully embody the fuzziness of logistics QoS properties,this paper designs a subjective and objective combined fuzzy weight setting method is designed and the,triangular fuzzy number is used to calculate the user’s subjective weight,and at the same time the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the objective weight including the logistics specialists and history users.In order to fully respect the user’s subjective opinions,a combination weight calculation method is proposed to balance the importance of users,logistics specialists and historical users to generate a reasonable weight.Finally,objective score is obtained through questionnaire and the combination weight is calculated.This method can not only use the fuzzy characteristics of QoS properties reasonably,consider subjective and objective evaluation comprehensively,but also can respect the user’s subjective opinion fully,and has important theoretical and realistic significance for the future research of logistics service composition.更多还原
