基于K-Mediods聚类方法的液压元件加工车间工件分批方法研究

【摘要】 实际生产中,在进行车间生产批调度时,需要先将待加工的工件分成若干批次。运用合理的方法对工件进行分批,可以提高资源利用率,缩短加工时间,提高生产效益。针对液压元件加工车间工件分批问题,建立工艺相似性度量模型,以工件加工所需经过的加工工序衡量工件之间的工艺相似性;用向量表示工件的工艺信息,工件之间的相似性用工艺信息在多维空间中对应的点之间的欧几里得距离表示;根据工件之间的工艺相似性度量信息,进行K-Mediods聚类分析,以聚类分析结果作为工件分批的依据。基于R语言进行方法实现,并使用实际数据验证了方法的有效性。

【Abstract】 In actual production,the workpieces to be processed need to be divided into several batches before scheduling in batches.The use of a reasonable method of batching the workpieces can improve resource utilization,shorten processing time,and improve production efficiency.In order to solve the problem of job batching in a hydraulic component shop,a process similarity measurement model is established to measure the process similarity between workpieces according tothe required processing procedure.This paper uses vector to represent the process information of workpiece,and the similarity between workpieces is represented by the Euclidean distance between the corresponding points of the process information in the multidimensional space;According to the process similarity measurement information between the workpieces,the K-Mediods clustering analysis is carried out,and the results of clustering analysis are used as the basis of job batching.The method is implemented based on R language,and the effectiveness of the method is verified by actual data.
