平行控制与管理的研究及应用进展综述

【摘要】 10多年前由中国科学院科学家提出的ACP方法(人工系统A+计算实验C+平行执行P),现已成为复杂系统领域成体系化的、完整的研究框架。基于ACP方法的平行控制与管理,以社会物理信息系统(CPSS)等复杂系统为对象,结合理论研究、实验方法和计算技术三种科学研究手段,提升了认识复杂系统要素相互作用的动态演化规律的能力,提高了复杂系统应对变化和非正常状态的管控能力,为复杂系统的控制与管理提供了有效的创新手段。本文重点梳理和总结了平行控制与管理的基础理论、关键技术和重点应用实践的发展现状,展望未来研究和应用发展方向,提出发展建议。
【Abstract】 More than 10 years ago, ACP (Artificial systems, Computing Experiments,Parallel Execution) methodology was proposed by Scientist from Chinese Academy of Aciences, and now becomes a systematic and complete solution for the study of complex systems. Based on the ACP methodology, takinge those complex systems like Cyb er-Physical-So ci al-Systems (CPSS) as objects, and combining three kinds of scientific research methods (theoretical research, experimental and computational techniques),parallel control and management can improve the analysis ability of the dynamic interaction evolution of complex system elements and the control and management capability of complex systems to deal with abnormal situation. It provides an innovative and effective tool for the control and management of complex systems. This paper focuses on summarizing the basic theory, key technologies and application development of parallel control and management, looking forward to its future research and application directions,and putting forward to several development suggestions.
