【摘要】 复发性流产是不育症的常见类型之一。复发性流产的原因多样,包括遗传因素、子宫解剖结构异常、内分泌-代谢紊乱、感染、免疫相关因素、抗磷脂抗体综合征、血栓前状态等众多因素,其中遗传学因素是复发性流产病因的重要组成部分。复发性流产的遗传学因素包括体核型异常、基因突变、遗传多态性等,本文旨在对复发性流产的遗传学因素做一综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA) is one of the most common causes of sterility. The reasons of RSA are complicated, ranging from genetics, uterine anomalies, hormonal or metabolic disorders, infection, reproductive immunity, to thrombophilias, etc. Genetics takes great part in the causes of RSA, including abnormal karyotype, mutation, and genetic polymorphism.
