【摘要】 目的观察米曲菌胰酶片联合多潘立酮对功能性消化不良患者的临床疗效。方法 40例功能性消化不良患者随机分为两组,每组20例,两组均口服多潘立酮片,三餐饭前30 mi n服用10mg;治疗组加服米曲菌胰酶片,三餐后立即服用2片,2周后观察患者临床症状的改善程度。结果米曲菌胰酶片联合多潘立酮对功能性消化不良患者食欲不振、餐后饱胀不适、上腹烧灼感症状的改善程度明显优于单独予多潘立酮治疗的患者。结论米曲菌胰酶片联合多潘立酮对功能性消化不良患者的餐后不适综合征有良好的治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Combizym combined with Dompendone on Patients with functional dyspepsia.Methods Forty patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly grouped into treatment group and the controls The patients in the control group were only given Domperidone 10 mg 3 times per day 30 min before meals for 4 weeks.The patients in the treatment group were given 2 pellets of Combizym 3 times a day immediately after meals in addition to domperidone 10 mg 3 times per day.The clinical effect and the symptom score were compared between two groups after two weeks.Results Compared with domperidone,the combined therapy of Combizym and Domperidone can effectively improve the symptoms of inappetence,abdominal distension after meal and epigastric burning sensation.Conclusion Combizym combined with Domperidone has good curative effects on functional dyspepsia patients with postprandial distress syndromes.更多还原
