【摘要】 文章指出现行《中医学》教材中以及相关论文中,关于肝气郁结与肝郁化火可能存在着的概念不清晰,其认为肝气疏泄不及(肝气郁结)可能发展为疏泄太过,肝气郁结可发展至肝火上炎。文章通过分析肝气郁结的成因及其肝郁化火的本质,指出思虑过度、寒湿内侵、心肝血虚、肾精亏虚是肝气郁结的原因,而肝郁化火的本质是肝气郁结,升发无力,不能携肾水以济心火,使心火独亢于上而形成心肾不交证。因而认为肝失疏泄只能由疏泄太过发展至疏泄不及,而不会由疏泄不及发展至疏泄太过,肝气郁结也不可能发展至肝火上炎。更多还原

【Abstract】 The article pointed out that in the current schoolbook of traditional Chinese Medicine and some articles,there were some ambiguities about the concept of liver qi depression and liver depression transforming into fire,which held the view that the liver under free coursing(liver qi depression) maight transform into over free coursing,liver qi depression to liver fire up-flaming.While the article pointed out that the liver qi depression was often due to the excessive thought and preoccupation,cold dampness invasion,or heart and liver blood deficiency or kidney deficiency.Through the analysis of the causes of liver qi depression,the paper pointed out that the essence of liver depression transforming into fire consisted in the failure of the liver raising qi,which could not ascend kidney yin to restrain the heart fire,resulting in exuberance of heart fire,and forming the non-interaction between heart and kidney.So that the transform trend of dysfunction of liver free coursing was only from over free coursing to under free coursing,but not on the contrary,and liver qi depression not into liver fire up-flaming.更多还原
