心理因素对早泄的影响

【摘要】 目的:早泄的特点是射精潜伏期短、不能控制射精和总体性生活满意度下降。诊断标准通常包括心理健康的各个方面。为了对早泄更进一步治疗,我们需要更深入的了解早泄对男性、性伙伴以及它对双方关系的影响。材料和方法:利用精神疾病诊断和统计手册第4版修订本在社区内研究1587名男性和他们的女性性伴侣。限制进入本研究的标准为阴道内射精潜伏时间为少于2分钟。采用自尊和关系问卷、性生活满意度Golombok-Rust清单和SF-36医学量表比较早泄组和非早泄组是否有差异。采用早泄量表和性生活满意度Golombok-Rust清单比较男性和性伙伴之间性对应的相关性。每位患者单独的记录并评估。结果和结论:利用精神疾病诊断和统计手册第4版修订本调查,诊断出207位患者存在PE,其中89位阴道内射精潜伏时间短于2分钟。存在早泄的男性和其性伴侣,他们的性功能和性满意度很低,且个人思想压力和人际交往困难发生率很高。此外,那些早泄的男性对整个生活质量的自我评价要比没有早泄的人低。经常早泄对男性和他们的性伴侣以及夫妻关系都是一个重要的心理负担。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:Prematuree jaculation is characterized by short ejaculatory latency,inability to control ejaculation and resultant overall decreased sexual satisfaction for the manand his partner. Diagnostic criteria typically include aspects of psychological well-being. To motivate and justify treatment for premature ejaculation a more comprehensive understanding of its impact onmen,their partners and their overall relationship is needed. Materials and Methods:In a community based,observationa lstudy of 1,587 men and their female partners clinicians diagnosed premature ejaculation using Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders,4 thedition,textrevision criteria. For purposes of this analysis this group was further restricted to subjects with a stopwatch measured intravaginal ejaculatory latency time of 2 minutes or less. Responses to the Premature Ejaculation Profile,Self-Esteemand Relationship questionnaire,Golombok-Rust Inventory of Sexual Satisfaction and Medical Outcomes Study SF-36? were compared between premature ejaculation and nonpremature ejaculation groups. Correations between responses of men and partners among patient reported measures enabled the assessment of independence of outcome variables. Results and Conclusions:Of 207 men who met Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders,4 thedition,text Revision criteria 89 had an intravaginal ejaculatory latency time of 2 minutes or less. Lower levels of sexual functioning and satisfaction,and higher levels of personal distress and interpersonal difficulty were reported by men with premature ejaculation and their partners. Inaddition,men with premature ejaculation rated their overall quality of life lower than that of men without premature ejaculation.
