【摘要】 冠心病的现代诊断已经明确,其实验室、影像学等检查依据较完备,但因病程、体质等个体差异,使临床诊疗遇到瓶颈。因此运用现代医学诊查手段辅助中医的辨证成为可能。研究表明,多项冠心病检查指标与中医临床诊断以及辨证分型有较大关联,为中医现代化辨证诊断提供客观临床依据。以现有临床研究为基础,开展中西医结合诊断研究可能是冠心病的发展方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 The modern diagnosis of coronary had made it clear,meanwhile the laboratoric and imageologic inspection is consummate.However,the clinical diagnosis and treatment had been hindering by the individual difference,such as the process of disease and habitus.So we now use the diagnostic methods of modem medicine to help the Chinese traditional medicine’s diagnosis possibly.A large number of clinical study had revealed that many coronary’s inspect index could help Chinese traditional medicine clinical diagnosis and differential discrimination.This approach supply objective clinical evidence for modern Chinese traditional medicine’s diagnosis and discrimination.Based on the study of clinic yet,the diagnosis study of combined Chinese traditional and western medicine could be the development direction of coronary.更多还原
