变压器置放位置对砼地板振动与声辐射特性的影响
Influence of placing location of indoor transformer on the vibration and sound radiation characteristics of concrete

【摘要】 室内变压器常安置于砼地板,运行时会引起地板振动和向外的噪声辐射。本文以地板与四周边界固结并考虑地基的弹性作用,建立了弹性地基上砼地板的振动分析模型,对地板的振动位移方程进行了详细推导与求解。通过测试得到变压器加速度时程曲线图和频谱图,得其典型激振频率。考虑到由于变压器在砼地板置放位置的变化而对地板的振动和声辐射特性的影响,本文选取四个不同激励点,最后通过有限元分析软件ANSYS和声学分析软件Virtual.Lab得到不同激励点下砼地板的振动与声辐射特性,分析结果表明:变压器在地板不同位置激励引起的砼地板振动与声辐射特性有所差异,且随着激励位置靠近地板中心振动加速度级增加10~20d B,地板辐射声压级增加2~3d B。
【Abstract】 Indoor transformers are often placed in the concrete floor, it will cause the floor vibration and outward noise radiation. Considering four sides of the floor are fixed and the floor is supported on elastic foundation, the vibration analysis model of the concrete floor are established, meanwhile, the displacement equation is deduced and solved based on Hamilton equation and mode superposition method. On the base of this, the acceleration time history curve and frequency spectrum of the transformer are obtained by testing, and the typical vibration frequency is obtained. Considering the change of the vibration and the sound radiation characteristics of the floor due to the change of the placement position of the transformer in the concrete floor, in this paper, the transformer is placed in four different points on the concrete floor. Finally the frequency response curve of the concrete floor and the four-point vibration mode diagram on typical excitation frequency are obtained through ANSYS, the sound pressure level curve and the sound power level curve of the four points are obtained by Virtual. Lab, combine them to analysis the vibration and sound radiation characteristics of concrete floor.
