自移式破碎站给料机钢结构力学性能仿真分析
Simulation Analysis on Mechanical Properties of the Feeder Steel Structure in Self-moving Crushing Station

【摘要】 自移式破碎站是应用于半连续开采工艺中的矿山机械设备。针对自主设计自移式破碎站的给料机钢结构,应用ANSYS软件建立有限元模型,进行不同载荷工况下强度分析、模态分析和地震反应谱分析。仿真结果表明:恶劣气候加物料冲击是最恶劣载荷工况;给料机钢结构前十阶模态频率分布在10.893Hz-36.382Hz频带内,前三阶模态分布稀疏,之后各阶模态分布密集;竖梁的翼缘板中间部位变形最大;翼缘板两端应力较大。竖梁的腹板和翼缘板应设置加筋肋。仿真分析结果为自移式破碎站钢结构优化设计提供理论依据。
【Abstract】 Self-moving crushing station is a kind of mining machinery equipment which is applied in semicontiguous mining system. Established the finite element model about feeder steel structure of the indigenous design self-moving crushing station through ANSYS,and strength analysis in different working enviroment,modal analysis and seismic response spectrum analysis were carried out. Simulation results show that the worst load condition is material impact in adverse weather. The former ten modal frequency of the steel structure of the feeder are distributed in the 10.893 Hz-36.382 Hz band. The first three modes of feeder steel structure distributed sparsely and the later seven modes distributed densely. The maximum of deformation occurred in the middle parts for flange plate of main girder; each sides of flange plate had a bigger stress. The web and the flange plate should be set stiffened cylinder shells. This simulation results provide a theoretical basis for the optimal design of the steel structure of the self-moving crushing station.
