双重排气式气囊回收系统的缓冲特性研究

【摘要】 本文探讨了一种携带侧气囊的双重排气式气囊构型的缓冲性能。在缓冲过程中,该气囊的主气囊通过连通气孔将气体排入侧气囊进行充气,侧气囊再将气体通过与大气环境相连的排气孔排气释能。文章从理论角度出发,将气囊缓冲阶段分为封闭压缩、主气囊排气释放和侧气囊排气释放三个阶段,基于气体状态方程和动力学推导了该种气囊系统的运动微分方程,建立了简化数学模型,并给出了相应的计算方法;然后,采用非线性有限元仿真技术,实现了该类气囊结构和着陆过程的数学和力学建模,获得缓冲气囊着陆的动态过程仿真,并将其与简化数学模型进行了对比。研究结果表明,文章提出的简化模型能够较好的反映该类排气式气囊的着陆缓冲特性。

【Abstract】 An exhaust airbag with side airbag is presented. During the cushioning process, the side airbag is inflated by the main airbag through the vent, and the shock energy is released by exhaust. the landing process of airbag have been decomposed into a adiabatic compression, main airbag exhaust and side airbag exhaust, the differential equation of gas-filled bag is presented from a theoretical perspective based on the ideal gas state equation and dynamic equation. Then, landing mathematic andmechanical model were established by use of modern FEM analysis technology, and the simulationprocess was developed. Finally, the simulation results and the test data have be compared by important parameters including a dynamic process of whole airbag to cushion the landing. The results show that the theoretical model can accurately reflect the buffer characteristics of side airbag.
