基于Unity3D的船舶柴油机虚拟装配仿真

【摘要】 以某型柴油机为例,利用虚拟现实技术,在分析柴油机结构和装配工艺的基础上,借助Unity3D虚拟仿真平台,设计了船舶柴油机三维仿真场景与虚拟装配方案,仿真结果表明:该设计方案的虚拟装配,能够实现人机交互操作以及对柴油机装配工艺的设计,达到由二维工艺图纸向为三维装配工艺可视化技术转化的目的。其在PC端和移动端的应用更有助于船舶柴油机现场安装的分析和指导。
【Abstract】 Taking a certain diesel engine as an example,based on the analysis of diesel engine structure and assembly process using virtual reality technology,using the Unity3 D virtual simulation platform,a three-dimensional simulation scenario and virtual assembly scheme for marine diesel engine is designed.Simulation results show that:The virtual assembly can realize the human-computer interaction operation and the design of the diesel engine assembly process,achieving the goal of transforming from a two-dimensional process drawing to a three-dimensional assembly process visualization technology.Its application on the PC side and mobile side is more conducive to the analysis and guidance of on-site installation of marine diesel engines.
