【摘要】 目的探讨左右手刷牙习惯及对应的个体化口腔卫生健康教育指导对青少年正畸患者的口腔卫生中短期影响。方法选取2011年~2015年在深圳市第二人民医院口腔科接受固定正畸治疗的患者460名,年龄介于11~14岁之间,通过问卷形式了解患者属于左手刷牙习惯或右手刷牙习惯,从中随机分配右手刷牙习惯患者50名到A组,50名到B组;随机分配左手刷牙习惯患者50名到C组,50名到D组。对A组和C组患者,除进行常规口腔卫生健康教育和指导外,还有针对性进行左右手交替刷牙习惯的指导;对B组和D组患者,仅进行常规口腔卫生健康教育和指导。固定正畸治疗进行六个月后,分别记录四组患者的左侧和右侧软后指数(DI)、牙垢指数(CI)、菌斑指数(PLI)。结果 A组和C组患者左右侧DI、CI、PLI无显著性差异(P>0.05),B组和D组患者左右侧DI、CI、PLI存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论患者的左手右手刷牙习惯,对左右侧口腔卫生的维护具有影响;在矫治过程中施加有针对性的个体化口腔卫生健康教育指导,有助于维护并促进青少年的口腔卫生状况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of left-handed and right-handed tooth brushing habits and the effect ofindividualized oral health instruction on the oral hygiene control of adolescent orthodontic patients with fixed appliance.Methods 560 adolescent patients with orthodontic treatment,aged from 11 to 14 years,were randomly divided into four groups(50 right-handed tooth brushing habit patients in group A and group C,501 eft-handed tooth brushing habit patients in group B and D),and all the patients made the first visit to a doctor.General oral health education and instructions were given to all the groups.Individualized oral health education and instructions were only given to group A and group C.The left and right debris index(DI),calculus index(CI) and plaque index(PLI) was recorded before and after 6 month fixed appliance orthodontic treatment in each groups.Results After 6 month treatment,the DI,CI and PLI of left side and right side were not statistically significant in group A and C(P>0.05).The DI,CI and PLI of left side and right side were statistically significant in group B and D(P <0.05).Conclusions Left-handed patients may have more difficulty in control their left oral hygiene than their right side oral hygiene,and vise visa.Individualized oral hygiene education and instructions could help to diminish these difference and promote their oral hygiene during orthodontic fixed appliance treatment.更多还原
