【Abstract】 Fermentation plays a pivotal role to improve the quality of cigar wrapper in the aging process. And it is an important procedure in cigar manufacture. In this article, the fermentation process and mechanism of cigar wrapper were described. The factors that affect the fermentation of cigar wrapper were analyzed. And changes of cigar wrapper leaf during fermentation were summarized. Prospects of its development were given in the end.更多还原
