烟草功能-结构模型GreenLab-Tobacco的构建与评估

【摘要】 定量化研究烟草的生长和形态结构特点,建立烟草功能-结构模型,对理解其生长发育规律具有重要意义。本研究中进行了2年不同品种的烟草大田试验,基于烟株拓扑结构进行田间原位动态观测和器官尺度生物量的破坏性测定,定量分析了不同处理烟草生长发育的差异。基于源-库关系建立了烟草功能-结构模型Grean Lab-Tobacco,并对模型进行了初步校验。结果显示,光合生产的模拟值与实测值的均方根误差RMSE值在41.02125.32 g m-2之间。分配到单个器官的生物量模拟值与实测值RMSE值在0.319.06 g m-2,符合指数d值均在0.63以上,R2均在0.7以上。研究结果为合理进行品种布局和进一步提高烟叶产质量提供了依据。
【Abstract】 Tobacco is an important economic crop in China. It can help to understand the growth of tobacco plant with functional-structural plant model based on quantitatively studying morphological characteristics and the growth oftobacco. Field experiments of different tobacco varieties were conducted in Yuxi, Yunnan province(102.52 E, 24.35 N, 1642 m).Field observations were done in situ for obtaining the dynamic growth of leaf, and destructivemeasurements of the biomass on individual organ scale were collected based on topological structure of tobacco. Afunctional-structural model(Green Lab-Tobacco)was established to simulatethe above-ground photosynthetic production and the biomass allocation between organs based on source/sink relationship. The results showed that Green Lab-Tobacco model can accurately simulate thebiomass production and partitioning to different individual-organs. The RMSE between simulated andmeasured values of photosynthetic production changes from 41.02 g m-2 to125.32 g m-2. RMSE between simulated and measured values of individual organs changes from 0.31 g m-2 to 9.06 g m-2, and R2 are above 0.7.This study provides the basis for quantitative study of morphological characteristics and the growth of tobacco plant.
