绿色木霉配施高碳基肥料对烤烟生长及经济效益的影响

【摘要】 为了研究绿色木霉和生物炭的农业应用效果,以NC55为供试烤烟品种,采用单因素随机区组试验设计,在山东省潍坊市烟草试验站进行了绿色木霉配施高碳基肥料的试验。共设4个处理:不施绿色木霉和高碳基肥料;施用绿色木霉;施用高碳基肥料;绿色木霉和高碳基肥料配施。结果表明:(1)绿色木霉配施高碳基肥料显著增大烤烟株高、茎围和单株叶面积;(2)绿色木霉配施高碳基肥料的烟草气候斑点病和烟草花叶病的发病率与对照相比均显著降低。(3)绿色木霉配施高碳基肥料显著提高烤烟的经济效益。综合分析,绿色木霉配施高碳基肥料对促进烤烟生长发育,防治烟田病害,提升烤烟生产的经济效益。
【Abstract】 The effects of agricultural application of Trichoderma viride and biochar was studied in field experiment. The combined application of Trichoderma viride and high-carbon-based fertilizer field experiment with NC55 as the sample variety using a randomized block experiment design was conducted in Weifang city, Shandong province, which included 4 fertilizer treatments viz., without Trichoderma viride and high-carbon-based fertilizer(CK), Trichoderma viride(T1), high-carbon-based fertilizer(T2), combined application of Trichoderma viride and high-carbon-based fertilizer(T3). The results showed that combined application of Trichoderma viride and high-carbon-based fertilizer can improve plant height, stalk width and leaf area per plant of flue-cured tobacco. The results indicated that combined application of Trichoderma viride and high-carbon-based fertilizer significantly reduced the morbidity relative to tobacco weather fleck disease and tobacco mosaic virus disease compared with control treatment. Compared with local convention fertilizer, economic benefit of treatment with combined application of Trichoderma viride and high-carbon-based fertilizer were significantly increased. In conclusion, combined application of Trichoderma viride and high-carbon-based fertilizer can promote the growth of tobacco, control tobacco diseases, and improve economic benefit of flue-cured tobacco production.
