【摘要】 近期国内外研究发现,偏见水平和元刻板印象均可预测群际焦虑,且元刻板印象的作用更加重要。但这些研究并未解释偏见影响群际焦虑的具体机制,以及当个体不认同自身群体身份时这种作用是否显著。为此,本研究在群际焦虑模型的基础上,构建了一个有调节的中介模型,考察矛盾性别偏见与群际焦虑的关系,以及消极元刻板印象的中介作用和群体认同的调节作用。采用矛盾性别偏见问卷、群体认同问卷、群际焦虑问卷以及自我报告消极元刻板印象的内容及水平的方式对337名大学生进行调查研究,结果显示:(1)矛盾性别偏见、消极元刻板印象、群际焦虑之间两两均相关;其中敌意性别偏见与消极元刻板印象相关显著,善意性别偏见与消极元刻板印象相关关系不显著。(2)群体认同与消极元刻板印象和群际焦虑相关不显著。(3)消极元刻板印象能够在矛盾性别偏见与群际焦虑的关系中起部分中介作用。(4)消极元刻板印象的中介作用受到群体认同水平的调节,中介作用对于群体认同水平高的大学生显著,对于群体认同水平低的大学生不显著。因此,消极元刻板印象在矛盾性别偏见与群际焦虑之间存在中介效应,且该效应受到群体认同的调节。更多还原

【Abstract】 Some recent studies show that prejudice and meta-stereotype can predict intergroup anxiety, while the influence of meta-stereotype is more important than that of prejudice, but one question that remained after these studies was what is the specific mechanisms of prejudice affecting intergroup anxiety. Therefore, according to the model of intergroup anxiety, a moderated mediation model was constructed to examine the relationship among ambivalent sexism, negative meta-stereotype, group identity and intergroup anxiety. This study investigated 337 college students using ambivalent sexism questionnaire, group identity questionnaire, intergroup anxiety questionnaire, and self-report content and level of negative meta-stereotype. The results show:(1)The ambivalent sexism and negative meta-stereotype and intergroup anxiety are related to each other, in which hostile sexism and negative meta-stereotype were significantly related, but the relationship between benevolent sexism and negative meta-stereotype was not significant;(2) group identity is not related to negative meta-stereotype and intergroup anxiety;(3) negative meta-stereotype partially mediated the relationship between ambivalent sexism and intergroup anxiety;(4) The mediating role of negative meta stereotype is moderated by the level of group identity, and the mediating role is significant among college students with a high level of group identity, but not for students with a low level of group identity. Therefore, negative meta-stereotype has a mediated effect between ambivalent sexism and intergroup anxiety, and this effect is moderated by group identity.更多还原
