运动类APP对大众锻炼坚持性的有效性研究

【摘要】 基于互联网的身体运动干预应用程序(运动类APP)采用一系列的功能,然而,人们并不清楚这些功能是否能增加锻炼行为,如果是的话,最有效的措施是什么。本研究首先检验了运动类APP的使用对用户锻炼坚持性的有效性,接着采用心理测量法,以运动类APP使用人群为调查对象,编制运动类APP干预因素的测量工具,揭示了运动类APP干预用户锻炼坚持性的有效成分及其预测效应。结果表明:(1)是否使用运动类APP能够解释现实中个体锻炼坚持性4.6%的变异,且不论APP使用时间长短,均能有效提高个体的锻炼坚持性水平;(2)运动类APP干预的有效成分包括展示互动、跟学提高、直观反馈和目标管理,排名点赞与奖赏激励没有进入;(3)用户识别度最高、影响效果最明显的是"直观反馈"功能,但不是促进其锻炼坚持性的最佳因素。(4)在控制锻炼年限、性别与年龄的基础上,展示互动是正向促进用户锻炼坚持性的最佳因素,其次是目标管理。本研究不仅为实现运动类APP干预效果的最大化提供依据,也为运动不足人群更好地帮助自己坚持锻炼提供指导。

【Abstract】 Applications of internet-based physical activity intervention(Sports APP) have adopted a series of measures, however, it is not clear whether these measures can improve health behaviors, if so, which measures played a role. In this study, we first examined the effectiveness of the use of Sports APP on exercise adherence, and then used the crowd of Sports APP users as the object of survey, with the psychological measurement method, the paper compiled the measuring tool for the intervention factors of Sports APP, and revealed the effective components and predictive effects of the Sports APP intervention on users ’ exercise adherence. The results show that:(1)whether to use Sports APP can explain individual exercise adherence 4.6% variation in reality, and regardless of the length of app use,they can effectively improve the individual exercise adherence level;(2) The effective components of Sports APP intervention include 4 aspects, such as display interaction, improvement with learning, intuitive feedback and goal management, but the rank praise and reward incentive are not effective interventions;(3) The most obvious impact effect on users is the "intuitive feedback" function, but it is not the best factor for promoting exerciseadherence;(4) On the basis of controlling the number of years for exercise, gender and age,the display interaction is the best factor for promoting the users’exerciseadherence positively, followed by the goal management. Thisresearch not only provides the basis for maximizing the effect of Sports APPintervention, but also provides guidance for users to use app to help them to persist in exercise and to promote effective exercise adherence for people with insufficient movement.
