【摘要】 本研究的目的是从高校心理咨询的视角研究高校心理咨询的伦理,进而提出解决安徽省高校心理咨询伦理的对策。采用匿名问卷调查法,自编高校心理咨询伦理问题调查问卷,对安徽省高校心理咨询师进行调查。问卷的编制中参考Giboson和Pope编制的全国性调查问卷、高隽和钱铭怡自编职业伦理意识和态度问卷,赵静波编制的心理咨询或治疗伦理问题调查问卷(咨询师版)、中国心理学会《临床与咨询心理学会工作伦理守则(第一版)》的内容。问卷采用两级评分,有"是"和"否"两个选项。问卷分为人口学资料和伦理的调查,人口学资料主要包括性别,年龄,学历,专业背景,职称。伦理项目包括专业能力,双重关系,知情同意与保密,职业责任,教育培训,研究发表,伦理问题处理七个方面。在安徽省高校发放200份调查问卷,回收187份问卷,得出以下结果:性别方面,女性146人,占总人数的78.1%。年龄方面,30-40岁的占38.9%,最终学历硕士150人,占总人数的80.2%,专业方面,心理学专业98人,占总人数的52.4%。校内兼职老师94人,占总人数的50.3%,工作年限方面,3年以内66人,占35.3%,高级职称10人,仅仅占总人数的10.7%。70.6%的咨询师发现自己所在学校的要求与心理咨询的原则相冲突,咨询师知道某同行有违职业伦理的行为所占的比例为84%,咨询师发现同事违反了伦理规范进行了规劝所占的比例为43.9%,73.8%的咨询师感觉到在平时的咨询中经常会有伦理方面的困惑。安徽省高校心理咨询师眼中的伦理问题包括:获得的支持和劳动保护不足,专业和高校行政的冲突,对心理咨询的负效果认识不足。对策:加快建立统一规范的安徽省高校心理咨询伦理标准;设立伦理委员会;加强专业伦理和实践技能的培训;不断完善监督管理和督导机制;完善高校心理咨询师队伍;建立有效的激励和惩戒制度。更多还原

【Abstract】 The objective of this study was to research college counseling ethics from the perspective of colleges psychological consultation, and putted forward to countermeasures to solve the problem of counseling ethics in colleges in Anhui province. Using anonymous questionnaire survey and designing by self college psychological counseling ethics questionnaire to investigate the college psychological counselor in Anhui province. The questionnaire was based on national questionnaire by Giboson and Pope, professional ethical consciousness and attitude questionnaire by Gao Juan and Qian Ming-yi, psychological counseling or therapy ethics questionnaire(counselor) compiled by Zhao Jing-bo, and the Chinese Psychological Society "Clinical and Counseling Psychology Association Ethics Regulations(First Edition)".Questionnaire adopted two-stage score, there are two options "yes" and "no". The questionnaire was divided into two parts: first part for demographic data, including gender, age, education, professional background, titles; second part for investigation of ethical behavior, including seven aspects of professional ability, dual relationship, informed consent and confidentiality, professional responsibility, education and training, research published, ethical issues solving. This study applied 200 counselors’ ethical questionnaire in various universities of Anhui Province, recycled 187, then drawn out the following conclusions by analyzing: 146 females accounted for 78.1% in gender, 30-40 year-old accounted for 38.9% in age. 150 had master’s degree, accounting for 80.2%. 98 were in psychology, accounting for 52.4% in professional aspect. Part-time teachers on campus were 94, accounting for 50.3%. The counselors who had been worked less than three years were 66, accounting for 35.3% in working years. There were 10 persons who had senior titles, which accounted for only 10.7%. 70.6% of counselors found the request in their school conflicted with the principle of psychological counseling. The counselors who knew a peer violating act of professional ethics accounted for 84% and who implemented dissuade accounted for 43.9%. 73.8% of counselors felt perplexity in the usual consulting ethical. The ethical issues in the eyes of colleges psychological counselors in Anhui included: lack of getting support and labor protection, the conflict between profession and college administrative, and shortage of knowledge in the negative effect of psychological counseling. Countermeasures: Accelerating the establishment of a unified and standardized standard of college counseling ethics in Anhui, setting up the ethics committee, strengthening the professional ethics and practical skills training, perfecting the supervision management, improving college counselor team, establishing an effective incentive and punishment system.更多还原
