【摘要】 网络交流方式的多元发展,促进了网络关系的建立,但同时减少了面对面直接交流的机会,促使大学生更易感到疏离感。国内外研究一致认为疏离感能够预测消极应对方式,但并未解释疏离感影响应对方式的具体机制。为此,本研究根据青少年学生疏离感理论模型,以334名大学生作为被试,采用青少年学生疏离感问卷的社会疏离感分问卷、人际疏离感分问卷及简易应对方式问卷,探讨人际疏离感、社会疏离感对大学生应对方式的影响及其作用机制。研究结果发现:(1)大学生社会疏离感显著高于人际疏离感;(2)人际疏离感中的社会孤立感与积极应对方式呈显著负相关;社会疏离感中的无意义感、压迫拘束感、不可控制感与积极应对方式呈显著负相关;社会疏离感中的自我疏离感与积极应对方式呈显著正相关;社会疏离感中的不可控制感与消极应对方式显著正相关;(3)以积极应对方式与消极应对方式的差值作为个体应对方式总分,数值为负代表个体更倾向于消极应对,数值为正代表个体更倾向于积极应对。大学生人际疏离感中的孤独感、社会孤立感与应对方式呈显著负相关;社会疏离感中的无意义感、压迫拘束感与不可控制感与应对方式呈显著负相关;社会疏离感中自我疏离感与应对方式呈显著正相关。(4)社会疏离感在人际疏离感与应对方式之间起完全中介作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The pluralistic development of network communication promotes the establishment of internet relationship, whereas it also reduces opportunities for direct communication, which makes college students more likely to feel alienated. Some recent studies show that alienation could predict negative coping styles, but one question that remained after these studies was what is the specific mechanisms of alienation affecting coping styles. Therefore, according to the model of adolescent students’ alienation theory, the subscale of scale for adolescents’ sense of alienation: the scale for adolescents’ sense of interpersonal alienation, the scale for adolescents’ sense of social alienation, and simplified coping style questionnaire were used among 334 college students. The results show:(1) college students’ sense of social alienation was significantly higher than that of interpersonal alienation;(2) social isolation of interpersonal alienation has a significantly negative correlation with positive coping style, while meaninglessness and oppressive constraint of social alienation have a significantly negative correlation with positive coping style, and self-alienation of social alienation has a significantly positive correlation of positive coping styles, also the uncontrollability sense of social alienation has a significantly positive correlation of negative coping style;(3) the score of positive coping style minus the score of negative coping style as the individual coping style total score, in addition the negative value indicates that the individual is inclined to respond negatively, conversely the positive value represents whose coping style tends to be positive. Loneliness and social isolation of interpersonal alienation are significantly negative correlated with coping style, and meaningless, oppressive constraint and uncontrollability sense of social alienation are significantly negative correlated with coping style, while self-alienation of social alienation has a positive correlation with coping style;(4)social alienation full mediated the relationship between interpersonal alienation and coping style.更多还原
