【摘要】 身心健全的个体具备一定的自我控制能力,即对自身行为、思想和情绪情感的自主掌控能力。这种自我控制对个体实现目标、遵守社会各项准则是至关重要的。自我控制的主要形式是对不当行为的抑制。以往行为抑制的相关研究主要考察由外部停止信号引起的"外源性抑制"过程,然而,日常生活中的抑制更多的是一种内生导向的"内源性抑制",且该抑制过程更贴近自我控制的过程。本文在传统Go/No-go范式的基础上添加了"自由选择"任务和情绪阈下启动条件,采用EEG技术的事件相关电位分析(ERP),探究内外源抑制在行为指标和N2成分上的差异。结果发现,在不同效价情绪阈下启动条件下,内源性抑制过程的反应时显著大于外源性抑制的反应时;不同效价的情绪启动对于外源性抑制产生的N2成分没有显著性的影响;不同效价的情绪启动对于内源性抑制所产生N2成分有显著影响,相比于正性和中性情绪,负性情绪阈下启动的內源N2成分的平均波幅更大,潜伏期更短。研究证明了内外源抑制是不同的抑制过程,N2是有效预测内源性抑制的指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Individual with physical and mental health has a certain degree of self-control, that is, the capability of voluntary control with their own behavior, mind and emotion. This kind of self-control is vital for individuals to achieve their goals and to comply with social norms. Withholding inappropriate action is the key form to self-control. Studies of action inhibition largely investigated external stop signals, yet the inhibition of everyday life is more of an endogenous suppression, and this internal generated inhibition process is more like the process of self-control. In this paper, we added "free choice" stimuli and subliminal affective priming to a conventional go/no-go task, using the EEG technology analysis of event related potential(ERP) to explore the differences of behavior index and N2 components between internal and external inhibition. Results show that with different emotional valences subliminal priming, the reaction time of internal inhibition is significantly greater than that of external inhibition. There is no significant difference of N2 component in external inhibition but in internal inhibition. Compared to the positive and neutral emotions, the subliminal start of negative emotions causes a higher N2 amplitude, the incubation period is shorter. The present study has shown that internal and external inhibition are different suppression processes, N2 is an effective prediction index of internal inhibition.更多还原
