生涯适应力的测评方法:基于文本挖掘的项目反应理论模型

【摘要】 生涯适应力是个体因应生涯角色变化并与之保持平衡的能力,被视为个体在快速变化的现代社会中获得生涯成功的关键能力,是个体应对职业变化和职业发展的一种积极心理资源,及时把握当前大学生生涯适应力发展现状及其存在的问题,制定相应教育对策,提高大学生就业成功率和就业满意度都具有积极的指导意义。为解决传统问卷测量误差较大、数据反馈严重滞后的问题,本研究收集了462名大学生以《我的生涯日记》为题撰写的文本资料以及其在生涯适应力问卷上的作答分数为原始数据,使用机器学习的方法进行文本挖掘,并在贝叶斯框架中将文本分析和项目反应理论模型相结合,以文本分析作为先验信息来估计个体生涯适应力的潜在特质。研究结果显示:(1)通过有效性检验分析,将文本分析和项目反应理论相结合的测评方法所得结果与效标进行比较,差异在可接受范围之内;(2)与传统问卷测量方法相比较,对生涯适应力预测的精度有了明显的提高,估计的标准误也显著下降。结论:文本分析和项目反应理论相结合的测评方法所得结果与效标相比差异较小,并且提高了测评的准确性,降低了估计标准误,是一种有效性并且准确的测量方法。

【Abstract】 Career adaptability is a critical variable for college student career development and is defined as "a psychological construct that denotes an individual’s readiness and resources for coping with current and anticipated tasks of vocational development". And it was regard as a key capacity to attain career success and a kind of positive psychological resources to cope with career development and transfer in modern society. Investigating the current situation of of college students’ career adaptability and formulating corresponding policies was important to improve college students’ employment rate and employment satisfaction. In order to improve the accuracy of the measurement method, we collected 462 college students’ text material which named My Career Dairy and responding to career adaptability questionnaire.Text mining and item response modeling are used to analyze the patients’ writings and responses to standardized questionnaires, respectively. The whole procedure is combined in a Bayesian framework where the textual assessment functions as an informative prior for the estimation of career adaptability latent trait. The validity test results show that the difference between the combined method estimate and the criterion value was within the acceptable range. And comparing with traditional questionnaire estimation, adding textual assessments to the item-based measures increase the screening accuracy, decrease the standard error of estimation. From the results, we may conclude that this combination approach is promising to improve the cost-effectiveness of career adaptability estimation.
