白泥预处理对纸张加填性能的影响

【摘要】 研究了研磨离心除硅和预絮聚两种方法对白泥预处理后加填纸张的性能变化。结果表明,在较小的研磨粒径和较高的离心速度下有利于硅类物质的去除,除硅率最高可达10.9%。除硅后白泥加填纸张施胶性能改善明显,纸张Cobb值从67.9 g/m~2降低至31.5 g/m~2。采用阳离子聚胺和CPAM两种絮凝剂对白泥预处理后,纸张的施胶性能改善明显,且纸张抗张强度和灰分含量有所提高,CPAM预絮聚的效果要明显好于阳离子型聚胺顶絮聚效果。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the method of centrifugal desilication was performed to improve the AKD sizing efficiency of lime mud filled paper.It was concluded that the optimal condition was under the smaller grinding particle size and higher centrifuge speed,which can remove 10.9% of silicon material.In this way,the Cobb value of paper decreased from 67.9 g/m~2 to 31.5 g/m~2.In addition,using cationic polyamine and CPAM as flocculants is also studied in this paper.The results showed that two kinds of flocculants could all improve the AKD sizing efficiency of it filled paper,and the effect of CPAM improved significantly better than cationic polyamine.At the same time,the tensile properties and retention of fillers could be enhanced obviously.
