酸处理对绝缘纸性能影响的研究

【摘要】 本文采用酸处理的方法对蒸煮后浆料进行提纯,研究了酸处理过程中存在的问题及镁盐的加入对纸浆的影响,同时也对酸处理后及加入镁盐后对成纸的物理和电气性能进行了研究。结果表明:对浆料进行纯化时优化的用量酸为1%,但酸处理过程中会造成浆料水抽提液电导率偏高,pH偏低的问题;酸处理后单纯增加洗涤次数的不能解决这一问题,更换洗涤方式之后可以有所改善,但增加一段自来水洗涤会使纸浆灰分含量增加;采用羧基钝化技术能够改善这一问题,并且随着镁盐量的增加浆料水抽提液电导率降低,pH值增加;对1%酸处理后的浆料添加2.5%的镁盐,处理后的纸样进行离子含量和电气性能检测,检测结果显示,较未处理的纸样相比,纸张的灰分中钠离子含量降低,击穿强度增加,介质损耗降低。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the acid solution was used to purify the pulp after cooking.The problems in the process of acid treatment and the effect of the addition of magnesium salt on the pulp were studied.The physical and electrical properties of the paper were also studied after the acid treatment and the addition of magnesium salt.The results showed that the optimal amount of acid was 1%when the pulp was purified,but The conductivity of aqueous extract of the pulp was high and the pH was low.After acid treatment,only increasing of the number of washing can’t solve the problem,andreplacement of the washing method has improved,but the ash content of the pulp increased after adding a tap water washing.The addition of magnesium salt was significantly improved the problem,and with the increase of magnesium salinity,the conductivity of aqueous extract was decreased,and the pH value increased.Add 2.5%magnesium salt to the pulp which treated by 1%acid solution,the treated paper samples were tested for ionic and electrical properties.Test results show that compared untreated paper,the sodium content of the ash in the paper is reduced,the breakdown strength is increased and the dielectric loss is reduced.
