蜂窝夹层高精度面板复合成形方法研究

【摘要】 针对大曲率连续表面高精度面板的制造难题,通过引入拉形预成形工艺进一步发展和提高基于"点阵钉模、真空负压、蜂窝夹层、应力释放"原理的高精度面板成形和应用技术,最终形成了拉形预成形—胶接终成形的复合成形工艺。基于PAMSTAMP2G软件平台,在相同的球面曲率半径下,建立均布压力工艺和复合成形工艺两种有限元压贴模型,从应力场和位移场两个方面对比分析两种工艺有限元压贴模型的计算结果,然后仿真这两种工艺压贴回弹后型面精度RMS变化趋势。最后通过实验进行分析验证。

【Abstract】 The manufacturing problems of the high-precision honeycomb sandwich antenna panels with large curvature surface is paid attention to in this paper. As the pre-stretching process is introduced, the conventional forming process is developed and improved, which is based on the key process of discrete nails die, vacuum negative pressure, honeycomb sandwich, and stress release. The stress field and displacement field of two kinds of pressing model were obtained from PAMSTAMP2 G software, which were the forming processes of the same spherical radius of curvature surface under uniform pressure and composite pressure respectively. Besides, the springback accuracies of Root-Mean-Square(RMS) in these two model were calculated, which were consistent with experiments.
