含P高强IF钢板罩式退火氧化色缺陷研究
Research on the Oxidation Color of P-added High Strength IF Steel Sheet in Annealing Progress

【摘要】 含P高强IF钢板因兼有高强度和超深冲性,近年来得到了迅速的发展和应用,为改善含P高强IF钢板的机械性能,需要对其进行退火,其中罩式退火是最常采用的退火方式。在进行罩式退火过程中,钢板边缘部位容易出现不同程度的氧化色缺陷,严重影响了钢板的表面质量。为确定罩式退火后钢板边部氧化色缺陷部位的氧化物类型,分析氧化色形成的原因,本文采用X射线衍射分析氧化物的物相变化规律,使用扫描电镜和能谱仪对不同颜色的氧化色缺陷进行微观形貌观察和元素分析。结果表明:在罩式退火温度为690℃/720℃时,氧化色为灰色,主要由Mn、Si、Fe、O四种元素组成,并以Mn2O3、Fe2O3和Si O2等氧化物形式存在,且氧化物含量由板料边部向中心部分逐渐减少。
【Abstract】 In recent years, the exploitation and application of P-added high strength IF steel sheet have been made rapid progress because high-strength IF steel sheet has both the high-strength and better formability. In order to improve the mechanical properties of P-containing high strength IF steel plates, it is necessary to anneal them, in which hood annealing is the most commonly used annealing method.During the process of hooding, the edge of the steel plate is prone to different levels of oxidative color defects, which seriously affects the surface quality of the steel sheet. In order to further determine the oxide type of the oxidized color defect in the edge of the steel plate after hood annealing, and to analyze the reason of the formation of oxidative color, we use the X-ray diffraction to analyze the change of the phase of the oxide, and The Microscopic Observation and Elemental Analysis was observed by scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy. The results show that in the hood annealing temperature of 690℃/720℃, the oxidation color is gray, mainly composed of Mn, Si, Fe, O four elements,and in the form of oxides such as Mn2 O3, Fe2 O3 and SiO2, and the oxide content gradually decreases from the edge of the sheet to the central portion.
